Condition for entrance

■For the acquirement of a student visa

1. The person who finished a school of regular course education (the media are different by his/her country) that is more than 12 years in his/her own country and who finished school education like others.
2. The person who finished a course of secondary education, in his/her country, which has the qualification for the entrance to school such as universities.
   (The person with graduation from high school or the equal qualification to it)
   (If the person hopes to enter a academy of higher grade in Japan; for example, universities, he/she has to finish school education courses more than 12 years)
3. The person who can submit a certificate of studying Japanese more than 150 hours when he/she applies for the entrance to academy, or the person who learned higher than the fourth grade in Japanese proficiency Test.
4. The person who has a sponsor in Japan or in his/her country during the stay.

■The Time and the Period of the Entrance to academy
The courses are as follows: The entrance to academy in January, in April, in July, and in October/ course for 1 year, for 1 year and 3 months, for 1 year and 6 months, 1 year and 9 months, 2 years.


■The deadline of the application for the entrance to academy

• The entrance in January : The middle of September of last year
• The entrance in April : The middle of November of last year
• The entrance in July : The middle of March
• The entrance in October : The middle of May

※Please make preparations so that there aren’t deficiencies in the documents.
※Please be careful the fact that a person can’t change the course.

Required documents of the application for the entrance to academy

	The case a student bears one’s expense	A certificate of deposit balance (The one whose name is oneself) A certificate of holding the post or the original certificate of business registration

Instructions

1. Documents are supposed to made within six months when you submit them to the Immigration Bureau.
2. Documents are available for three months.
3. Only the original is accepted as the certificate.
4. A person oneself has to make entry in the documents in the block style with a ball point pen or a fountain pen.
5. A person has to draw 2 lines and stamp the correction seal when you correct documents.

※	As for the age, a person has to make entry of one’s age of full years in the document.

■A Resume

1. In educational background, a person has to make entry of it in the following order an elementary school, a junior high school, and a high school. In addition, he/she has to make entry of the name of his/her school, the location, the day of the entrance to school, and the day of graduation clearly. (Vicarious writing is not allowed)
2. Please hand in a life blotter in the case that you entered the elementary school in under 6 years.
3. If there is something you didn’t study, or you couldn’t tell, you have to hand in a letter for its explanation. (You have to make entry of the educational background and the unemployment record without openings in all documents, and also, you absolutely have to make entry of the term of the preparation for examination and military service)

■The Letter of Reason for Entering School
You have to make entry of a motive (purposes/the necessity) for learning and a course after the graduation concretely. (The person him/herself has to fill it out certainly)

■Others

• The mentioned contents are for Korean students. If you are a person from other countries, please make inquiries with another way.
• If there are deficiencies in application documents, they are not accepted.
• Please confirm entrance fee, school fee, and the others beforehand in case they are changed by circumstances.
• We never give back your paid school fee as a rule.
• We will make the deadline of application as soon as the number of application reaches the number limit.
• The deadline of application can be changed. Please refer to us if there are any questions elsewhere.
